The accommodation, located on the second floor of the residence, opens onto a bright living room that opens onto a private balcony overlooking the harbor, and is equipped with a sofa bed and television. The open kitchen is complete with amenities such as a kettle, coffee maker, oven, and dining table. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen size bed. A bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout.

*The residence hall pool is seasonal and can be used from May to September. Use of a swimming cap may be required.

Surrounded by the plants of an evocative park, the spa offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts events of the musical genre, and the

wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica Beach.



The residence is only 30 minutes from Verona airport and a 15-minute drive from Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda train stations.
