Nestled in the lush hills of the Marche region, just a short distance from the picturesque village of Belvedere, Casale Medi is a historic family farmhouse, skillfully transformed – in respect of its original form – into a charming country house. The building is surrounded by an exclusive courtyard filled with plants, within which a large swimming pool has been created.
Designed as a unified whole, the farmhouse consists of two apartments with separate entrances, both equipped with every contemporary comfort. The spaces are finely furnished, with family furniture and objects that add warmth and character.
The Belvedere apartment, located on the ground floor, spans 120 square meters and combines spacious, refined areas with a simple, relaxing elegance. It features two cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen, and an external veranda to enjoy nature at any time. Shared pool. Ideal for 4/5 people.
