At 4 kilometers there is the picturesque village of Ano Mera with its well-known monastery of Panagia Tourliani and its famous traditional taverns. At Ano Mera you will find super-markets, bakery shops and ATMs.

The building is very bright, it develops on 3 levels and it has 7 bedrooms in total and 5 bathrooms and it can accommodate comfortably 14 people. This property is surrounded by a beautiful garden and it has a huge swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds, where guests can enjoy amazing views of the sea and of the southern island (Naxos, Paros and Donousa).

Rental Rules:
The minimum stay is of 4 days; 1 week from 1st July to 31 August.
Check-in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
Checkout time is within 10.00 a.m.
Extra cost to be paid on site:
A damage deposit of € 1.500, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage.
