This recently refurbished modern house in Mornington Crescent, located in the heart of Central London, and one minute from Mornington Crescent underground station, offers a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience for up to eight guests.

The house offers four bedrooms, including three double-sized beds and one super king-sized bed, ensuring a restful stay. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in rainfall shower and another with a bathtub and overhead shower, plus an additional toilet for convenience. A private garden provides a lovely outdoor space to unwind, whilst the stylish interior combines comfort with functionality.

The living room on the lower ground floor is bright and airy, thanks to bifolding doors that open directly onto the charming patio garden. A sleek coffee table, grey sofa and traditional rug add warmth, making this space perfect for relaxation.
Adjacent to the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including a gas hob and a sleek white countertop. The open-plan design allows for a spacious area to prepare meals and socialise. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washing machine, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

The open-plan living and dining areas on the ground floor offer plenty of space for socialising and dining. The vibrant green sofa, decorative fireplace, and large windows that let in natural light create an inviting atmosphere. Situated in the lively Mornington Crescent area with many restaurants and bars on the High Street, this house which is one minute from Mornington Crescent station offers easy access to some of London’s most popular attractions including The Jazz Cafe, Koko and The Roundhouse. It’s just a stone’s throw from Kings Cross St Pancras station, Euston and King’s Cross stations, providing excellent transport links. Regents Park, Camden Market, Primrose Hill, the British Museum, and Oxford Street are all within easy reach, offering a variety of cultural, shopping, and dining experiences. The West End and its vibrant theatre district are also nearby, making this the perfect base for exploring all that London has to offer.

For transport, Mornington Crescent is conveniently located near King’s Cross St Pancras station offering easy access to the Eurostar. Additionally, to Euston and King’s Cross overground and underground stations, with access to Northern, Victoria, Circle, and Piccadilly lines. There are also multiple bus routes including the 24, 27, 29 and 168 that can be boarded at Mornington crescent station which is one minute from the house.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
