Seafront luxury house

Glorious sea views from our beautiful 17th century grade 2 house. It's in the very best location right on Deal's seafront, on the quiet side of the pier and in the conservation area, just 3 minutes walk from the shops, cafés and restaurants. Spacious and light, refurbished and kept to a very high standard. Free parking permits are provided for use on the seafront for one car.

It's on three floors with three bedrooms, with masses of living space. The ground floor has the separate fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The first floor has a huge double sitting room, including a large window seat overlooking the sea, and a 55" smart TV. It also has a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a small en-suite bathroom (with bath but no shower). There is also a further separate toilet on this floor, and access to the private sundeck. The top floor has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed; a second very large bedroom with sea views with twin beds; and a separate bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is also an outside digital hot shower in the courtyard, perfect after a morning sea swim. The house has lots of comfortable sofas and armchairs, plus wardrobes and chests of drawers for clothes storage. It has 18th century wood panelling, antique furniture, and paintings by local artists. There are two separate places for working with a desk and a chair - one overlooking the sea. Private sundeck and courtyard.

We only ever do weekly bookings, starting and finishing on Saturdays. We do not accept children under five, or any pets, without exception.
