Very spacious property. The master suite is amazing!!!
Property was clean and well stocked! We had my mother in laws 80th birthday party there for the family. Also on Sunday we hid Easter eggs for the kids and had a lovely family Easter celebration! Definitely would recommend this property for large family’s and large groups!
Wonderful house & location
Planned a weekend get together with 6 couples everything was great - the walking trail behind the house is very convenient - the movie room is fabulous
Perfect Family vacation with a great location
Our family enjoyed staying at the expansive home. Location was superb with plenty of restaurants nearby. Walking path behind house was enjoyed by all, our teenagers loved the basement with pool table, air hockey, and movie room. Owner was very responsive and great to work with.
Great place to stay.
We had our family Christmas here and it was wonderful. The house was great for the kids and adults.
Great home, great location!
We were looking for a home to host Thanksgiving for our family - this home was perfect for that with all rooms outfitted with extremely comfortable beds, enough room for the night owls to play games late into the night, while the rest of us to get some sleep, and a kitchen with all the right stuff to cook a feast for 20.
Being on the Highline Canal meant daily walks to enjoy the sunset or sunrise.
Being so close to everything meant going to an Avs game or getting to the grocery store both equally easy.
Being able to have 20 people enjoy the true movie room meant all could enjoy Elf and get into the spirit!
Having rented large luxury homes all over Colorado, California & Washington, this home was at or near the top in all categories:
Bedding, Bathrooms for all bedrooms, Bunk room, gourmet kitchen, access & security
If you are looking to have your whole family or multiple families under the same roof, this home is a great option!
The house and the location were perfect! Easily accessible to the highway and close to downtown. The house handled 20 with ease. The path behind the house was a real hit, several family members took a morning walk. It meanders through the backyards of what would have to be the finest homes in CO. We hung out in the kitchen a lot, 12 adults cooking and having a good time. The kitchen is so spacious, we had plenty of room! The kids loved the theatre. The screen was huge! They said it felt like they had their very own movie theatre! The beds were also really comfortable. I have to say the light switches were a bit confusing. There were so many and it took a bit of time to figure out what switch went to what light. Jim, the host, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible house in Denver!
Thank you for the kind review.
I admit that the design of the 144 light switches become confusing.
See you next,
