A large dining table, comfortable sofa, and direct access to the first rear decking area make this space perfect for gathering, playing games, or enjoying a home cooked Devon feast. Upstairs, you'll find three bright and beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys peaceful garden and countryside views and features a king-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The second bedroom, with a small-double bed, is located at the front of the house and offers generous storage and best suited to the smaller adults as space is limited. The third bedroom can be set up as either a super king or two singles, ideal for children or friends travelling together. A contemporary family bathroom with bath and overhead shower completes the upper floor.
