Airport to the property is approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) and offers an ideal base for exploring Malta!

This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 4 people (single beds), a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, and a bathroom. This apartment is on the lower ground floor and has a terrace.

(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €120 (2 people), €140 (3 people), €160 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €25 wifi/tv connection monthly



(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.



(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
