The space

A refundable damage deposit of 500 Euros is required prior to arrival. Electricity usage will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and any charges will be deducted from the deposit.

Bedding and Towel Care
To help us keep our linens in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you shower to remove sunscreen, tanning products, and chlorine before using the beds or towels.

If you notice any sunscreen marks on towels or bedding, please wash the items as soon as possible. Sunscreen stains can become permanent if left untreated for several days and may not be removed through normal laundering.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of the accommodation.

Permanently stained or damaged linens must be replaced and may be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
