There are 3 BEDROOMS in our unit - the master bedroom features a cozy Double bed, the second bedroom contains 2 Single beds and the third bedroom contains a Bunk bed. Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS. The first bathroom has a shower room and separate WC, and the second bathroom has both a bathtub and WC. For your convenience, towel rental is available on-site for €10/person/set.

The full KITCHENETTE includes a microwave, ceramic hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a complement of utensils and kitchenware. Enjoy your meals in the dining area with seating for everyone. Stock up on groceries at the Superette de L'Océan just down the road, or head to the Spar Supermarket nearby!

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities and services at the Residence L'Estacade, where this unit is conveniently located. We think you'll love the outdoor pool to cool off on hot summer days. Keep clean with the laundry services available on-site for a charge. We recommend bringing a car to explore the beautiful Landes region. There is a communal parking area in front of the resort, which is chargeable from the April holidays until the All Saints' holidays (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can park just outside the residence for free (subject to availability).

Please also note that a small daily tourist tax per person and a fully-refundable damage deposit of €450 will be collected upon your arrival. Guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for a fee.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

During your stay in Capbreton, make sure that you try out the surf in this lovely coastal town. There is an endless variety of activities and adventures for you and your group in the surrounding area! We'd recommend going for a walk along the dunes, or follow the path along the coast to discover the beautiful countryside. Make sure to drop by the daily fish market to pick up food for dinner. Or, at the end of a wonderful day, head to Restaurant Le Bellevue for a delicious seafood platter. We also love the coffee at the Belharra Café across the street!
