The nearest beach is at only 200 mt from the property, with all the shops and many finest restaurants at short distance.

The complex offers a private entrance to the building with a common hall with glass sliding doors, marble floors, a small sitting area with 2 luxurious armchairs covered in precious velvet and even a modern lift to reach the upper floors.

Suite Plumbago is about 60 m2 large and it is located on the ground level of this beautiful condo and offers a private garden which hosts a small outdoor Jacuzzi tub, as well as sun beds and sun chairs along with dining table with chairs for fantastic al fresco meals or just a morning breakfast.

As soon as you enter the apartment you will soon be welcomed by its large and bright settings, thanks to its floor to ceilings french doors that allow natural lights to pass through thus illuminating the entire room.

The suite offers a large and extremely comfortable double sofa bed, a lovely kitchenette, complete of more than the necessary, a small dining table with chairs and an easy access to the outdoor private garden.

This luxurious Suite features a king size canopy bed located on one side of the room, a large wardrobe and the most modern and luxurious bathroom, with marble finishes and a large walk-in shower.

All the apartments are finely furnished with unique pieces, vaulted ceilings and precious ceramics, with a particular attention to details and the highest standards of comfort and luxury, including Simmons mattresses, Frette linens and towels, Smart TV, safe, Nespresso coffee machine, pool towels, Wi-fi internet and much more.

Sant'Agnello is the neighboring town to Sorrento which center with its wide range of restaurants, bars and shops is less than 2 km away.
It offers a wide range of services, it is well-connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
Here you will find also a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beach can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Rental rules:
Check-In time is from 15:00 to 21:00,
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00
Check-Out time is by 10:00 am

Minimum stay: 2 nights
A refundable deposit of € 500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
The rates are inclusive of: welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days stay, final cleaning.
Extra costs:
City tax: € 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 18,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
