Staff was friendly and as hepful as they could be.The elevator is pitifully small. Only 1 person with luggage can occupy it at a time. The front lobby was leaking with a musty/moldy smell that my wife reacted to immediately. Fortunately the room was ok from a mold perspective. But we were put on guard by the lobby situation.No face washers (flannels) were provided in the bathrooms. Never seen this happen in any other hotel I've stayed in anywhere.Internet access was sketchy at best with a mysterious log on procedure that is baffling and seriuosly annoying - but eventually worked somehow.The TV needed resetting /rebooting every time I tried to turn it on. It would not turn on from the remote - which did work after rebooting...but every day required rebooting using the reset button on the TV itself. The TV is ancient and needs upgrading.Good location, but the place needs some serious tlc.
