I’ve always been drawn to its unique blend of history, creativity, and charm. From the cobbled streets to the independent shops and artisan cafés, there’s something incredibly special about this area. St Paul’s Square, in particular, is one of my favorite spots in the entire city — peaceful, elegant, and full of stories. I knew from the start that I wanted my first property to reflect that same timeless atmosphere.
