Thyme is a beautiful villa located just a few steps from the sea in San Lorenzo, a sought-after seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily's most beautiful beaches. The property is very close to the quaint fishing village of Marzamemi and only a short drive from the charming towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna's Park.

The villa has the typical Mediterranean style, it is surrounded by a well-kept garden and wide, panoramic terraces with sea view. It also has a small swimming pool and an exclusive Jacuzzi on the sun terrace.

The interiors are bright, cozy and tastefully furnished, there is a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower, 1 room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

The villa is provided with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. The pool and the Jacuzzi can be heated on request.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 24 June to 1 September changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50 (to pay on arrival).
Early departure: € 50,00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week (the extra consumption fee of € 0,60 per kWh is to be paid on the spot), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (2 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
