RODIN is part of the Nissi Golden Sands Complex and is located at the top floor with an open terrasse and sea view.

The spacious living/dining room opens on a fully equipped kitchen. On top of a comfortable sofa, there is a daybed which expands to a double bed 160x200 with proper mattresses. The bedroom with also a bed 160x200 is connected to the family bathroom and there is a separate WC accessible from the living area. There is a desk and an office chair in the bedroom, and plenty of storage spaces across the apartment, notably a cupboard with a lock. An extra office chair can be provided on demand. The large and sunny terrace is equipped with a dining table, a lounge set and 2 sunbeds with cushions. A dual air conditioning (2020) and an oil radiator make this apartment comfortable all year round. Other features include high pressure water, a washing machine, a fridge with a good capacity, a hob and oven. We provide bed linen and beach towels, as well as blankets for different seasons.

Ayia Napa is at 30 minutes walking distance and you can rent cars, bikes and everything in-between. Regular buses take you to the center of Ayia Napa, the beaches of Protaras and Pernera, as well as Cavo Greko, Paralimni and Ayia Thekla where are located the new Marina and the Water Park. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and all the way to Ayia Napa. If you prefer to enjoy your terrace, you have all you need for home cooking. The beaches of Makkronissos, Landa, Fig Tree are accessible by bus and car.
