Very convenient location, right in the middle of town. Parking is near the nearby Waitrose store, but only a 3 minute walk away. There is only this unit in the town hall building, so it feels like you have the entire place to yourself at night. The only issue some people might have is the lack of a shower -- tub only. But other than that, a charming place to stay.

A lovely and slightly quirky loft apartment, on the very top of the town hall in the center of Brackley. Very comfortable and also extremely quiet, given that this is the only overnight accommodation in the entire building. Clean, well-equipped (though having only a bath and no shower, in case that matters to you), quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

The Loft was a little quirky, but we managed to make it work. It was a little difficult trying to get up the stairs into the loft, especially for my wife, because of knee/leg issues. It would have been nice if the lift had actually gone up to that level. There were no instructions we could find to operate the stove, but we finally figured it out. We've not used one like that before, so it was challenging until we figured it out. The location of the bathtub was interesting. It was very challenging to get in and out of, but the most difficult issue was trying to figure out how to get the hot water to run. Again, we figured it out. But it the biggest challenge for me, personally, is that The Loft is not suitable for anyone taller than 6 foot tall. I had to keep ducking in order to move around and it was difficult getting into and out of various parts of the facility because of all the beams. That said, it was nice enough and the location was just what we wanted.
