This modern vacation villa is located within walking distance of 't Nije Hemelriek. Suitable for six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms It is a newly built house and was commissioned in mid-2024. It has a beautiful spacious garden with seating areas and lots of privacy. Inside there is a cozy living room with a sitting area, dining table and modern kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and another spacious bathroom. In one of these bedrooms there is a sauna cabin (both regular and infrared). Perfect for a relaxing vacation in luxury and nature.

Fully equipped open kitchen with 4 burner electric hob, dishwasher, combi-oven with microwave, fridge, separate freezer, kettle, toaster, regular coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine.
Nice spacious living room with sitting area and dining table with 6 chairs.
There are 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed of 180 by 210 cm. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds with mattresses of 90 by 200 cm.
The upper bathroom consists of a bathtub, shower, sink with storage cabinet and toilet. And is also equipped with a hairdryer. The downstairs bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink with storage cabinet.
There is a separate toilet in the downstairs hall.
The house has air conditioning which can be used for both cooling and heating.
Large spacious garden with several seating areas. Among others, there is a picnic table, barbecue and parasol.

Ample parking at the accommodation on private property.

Genoten van een midweek weg in een prachtig nieuw huis met alle voorzieningen die wij nodig hadden tijdens onze vakantie. De speeltuin was voor mijn dochter heel erg leuk, fijn dat het restaurant zicht heeft op de speeltuin. Ook de omgeving was prettig met diverse mogelijkheden.

Het was een goed ontvangst en we kwamen in een geweldig huis!! Wat prachtig. Ook is het restaurant heel erg goed en het personeel hiervan alert, attent en vriendelijk. Erg fijn om midden in dit natuurgebied te zitten. Ook de man aan de noodlijn wat correct en doortastend!

De accommodatie was fantastisch; compleet uitgerust met allerlei accessoires en handdoeken etc. Het
De accommodatie was fantastisch; compleet uitgerust met allerlei accessoires en handdoeken etc. Het enige wat we wat minder vonden was dat er te weinig bankruimte voor 5 volwassenen was. Misschien een iets grotere bank voor de avonden? Voor de rest een prachtig verblijf.
