The property is less than a 5-minute walk from the lakeside and approximately a 10-minute walk / 5-minute drive from Gardone’s charming lakeside promenade dotted with palm trees, gelaterias and cafés.

The nearest beaches are Lido di Fasano and Rimbalzello Spiaggia, both a 3-minute drive / 15-minute walk, and guests can find boat rentals, guided lake tours, and water sports facilities in the historic town of Salo (a 10-minute drive).

Nearby attractions include the hillside estate and gardens of Vittoriale degli Italiani, the former residence of the poet Gabriele D\'Annunzio (a 5-minute walk). For nature lovers, Punto panoramico (a 4-minute drive) offers scenic hiking trails, and André Heller Botanical Garden is just a 10-minute walk.
