Just outside the town limits the property is a short drive to the main shopping area as well as the beach while being far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat for those necessary moments of tranquility.

The Rooms
There are two bedrooms one master with double bed and ensuite bathroom , the second with two twin beds. A central bathroom is accessible for all. Each room opens directly to the outdoor area which also features a veranda and plunge pool. A central living room includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two built in sofas that can double as twin beds. The house is designed in a minimal style in soft, natural colors that compliment the setting of the property.

Just outside the city limits the house is on a 7000m2 property with an olive grove just a 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive to the main beach of Skyros and 20 minute walk, 7 minute drive to the town square.
