Upon entering the property, guests step into a bright and spacious living room with high ceilings, a sofa, a TV, and a small library. The fully equipped kitchen features all necessary appliances and opens onto a central dining area that seats six.

Stairs from the living room lead to a cozy sitting area on the first floor with armchairs, a table, and a second TV. On the left is the master bedroom, with a 165 x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the right, a walk-in wardrobe leads to a second full bathroom with a bathtub. From the wardrobe, guests access the second bedroom, also with a 165 x 200 cm double bed and a TV. Finally, on the upper loft-style level, there is a third bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds and a sofa bed.

The house is located in the Arenal neighborhood, one of Seville’s most iconic areas. Just steps from the Maestranza Bullring, the Guadalquivir River, and the historic city center, it offers a privileged location for exploring the city on foot. Surrounded by traditional tapas bars, monuments, and vibrant cultural life, it promises an authentic Seville experience.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
