Our family beach home in Moffat Beach is in a quiet neighbourhood. Moffat Beach a 450m stroll away & all other beaches within walking distance along the coastal pathway.
Concrete floors downstairs are suited to the beach & outdoor lifestyle with timber floors throughout upstairs.
An outdoor shower out front helps to rinse off after a day at the beach!
Beautiful sea breezes, ceiling fans in each bedroom & an aircon upstairs to cool balmy nights. The pool is splendid in Summer! Kayak for use.
