A unique place, immersed in a well-kept and private residence, surrounded by greenery, with condominium pools exclusive to the complex, relaxation areas and a refined atmosphere that makes every stay special.
The location is simply perfect: a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the lively Baia Sardinia, ideal for those who want to alternate days of crystal clear sea, glamorous evenings and moments of total tranquility.
The apartment offers comfort and convenience: private parking with a barrier and access by code (up to two cars) and convenient card access that allows you to reach directly the center of Porto Rotondo without stress.
At the entrance you are greeted by a magnificent living area of about 50 square meters, large, bright and elegant: a space designed to fully enjoy summer days, including family lunches, convivial dinners, aperitifs at sunset and evenings in front of the TV after a day in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. The comfortable sofas and large spaces make the environment perfect for both relaxation and conviviality.
The sleeping area is well separated and guarantees privacy and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven and microwave, ideal to feel at home even on vacation. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds (including one pull-out), for a total of six beds in total, perfect for families or groups of friends. The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.
Towels and bed linen are available on request for a fee. The request must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
