With its contemporay design and top quality details, this property is distribuited between 4 floors, on the ground floor the big living room with a spectacular sea view thanks to the large glass windows, a dining room with view, table and chairs and the open fully equipped kitchen , with a modern style and all the facilities to prepare excellent meals all togheter.

With a direct access to the external terrace, we move outside, a huge covered terrace with panoramic areas, table and armachairs , the place where to drink an apertitif during the sunset, a dining area with table and chairs and the incredible swimming pool 8x4 meters, and a very nice garden.
On the lower floor there is the garage for 2 cars.

All the 5 bethrooms are located on the second and third floor, they have direct access to terraces and amazing panoramic views and air conditioning, on the second floor there are three bedrooms: 1 with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 room has a double bed and share the bathroom with bathtub and shower, the last room has two single beds and share tha bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Going on the third floor one bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, one two single beds and one two bunk beds with en suite bathroom with bathub and shower.
At this floor there is also a small kitchen.

Villa Mirante is just 1.5km from the beach of Tamariu in a very quiet residential area in Aigua Gelida.

Guest will appreciate the Bbq where to prepare meals all togheter and trasform the time together in the best holiday ever.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
