you will be greeted by a warm, open-plan living space bathed in natural
light, tastefully decorated to create an inviting and tranquil
atmosphere.
A modern kitchenette, equipped with an electric plate stove, an air
fryer, a microwave, a kettle, and a minibar fridge, features everything
you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. A Nespresso machine with
a frother is also available.
The dining area is fitted with a large wooden dining table with seating
for up to six guests, creating a convenient space to enjoy the company
of loved ones, while the lounge features a flat-screen television, a
coffee table, and leather sofas with plush cushions. The apartment
features secure parking and internet access throughout the property.
A glass sliding door leads to a spacious balcony that offers stunning
views of the ocean and mountains. The balcony is equipped with an
outdoor braai (barbecue), comfortable loungers, and a dining set that
seats up to six people, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy
the beautiful scenery.
The bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed with plush bedding and
generous wardrobe storage, offering both comfort and convenience. The
bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with vanity, a
bathroom cabinet, and a toilet.

This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 52 Suikerbossie Drive, Gordons Bay, 7151.
