Located in Sacile—known as the "Garden of the Serenissima"—the villa is just steps from the historic center and only 50 meters from the train station, with easy connections to Venice, Udine, and Pordenone.

Every room reflects the charm of the early 20th century: intricate wooden paneling in the grand salon, stained glass windows faithfully restored to their original Art Nouveau designs, and a beautiful staircase made of Garda stone. At the very top, a panoramic tower offers a 360° view of the mountains, the town, and the entire estate.

With over 500 sqm of indoor space spread across four floors, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking to spend special moments together under one roof.

Main floor: one full kitchen, a bright veranda, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one single bedroom, and a terrace overlooking the park

First floor: elegant living room with lounge area, one double bedroom with super king-size bed, kitchen, and bathroom with tub and shower

Top floor (attic): two double bedrooms, kitchenette, reading lounge with library, and full bathroom

Tower: a small magical room with breathtaking 360° views
