Regarding the terrace, we were genuinely surprised to hear about the unpleasant smell, as this had never been brought to our attention before. We certainly understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since the terrace was one of the features that attracted you to our apartment. Unfortunately, this is not something we were aware of, but we will certainly investigate the situation and do our best to identify the cause and address it. We also apologize for the condition of the hairdryer and will make sure it is replaced. Your comments regarding the showers and bathroom drainage have also been noted, and we will look into these matters to ensure everything is in proper working order. Regarding the stairs, we understand that carrying luggage can be challenging. Our team was happy to assist you with your luggage upon departure, and we were glad to be able to help make things a little easier for you. We appreciate your feedback regarding the basic supplies and will take it into consideration to improve our guests' experience. We are sorry that your stay did not fully live up to your expectations.
