This charming, semi-detached holiday home in Balatonberény is nestled just a 2-minute stroll from the free-access beach of Lake Balaton. Ideal for families, including grandparents, the property offers both convenience and comfort with a private pier available on the owners’ street for added relaxation. The house is spread over two levels and features 3 spacious bedrooms (5 plus a child up to 12 years). Upon entering, you’ll find a warm and inviting kitchen-dining space where everyone can gather.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker hob, an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer. A refined dining table completes the setting for shared meals. Step outside into the beautifully maintained, fenced garden, perfect for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and traditional Hungarian bogrács cooking or barbecues. Located in the tranquil West Corner of South Lake Balaton, guests can also enjoy the nearby thermal waters of Hévíz and Zalakaros, a treat for all ages.
