This house offers two bright bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace perfect for relaxing outdoors. The interior blends modern comfort with traditional charm, and the location within an "ilha" brings a unique sense of community. It is ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

- This listing refers to different apartments located within the same building. All units offer the same features and amenities, differing only in their decoration. The facilities described apply to all apartments.

- The tourist tax in Porto is €3 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

- A security deposit of €500 may be charged during festive periods such as New Year's. This amount is waived upon booking.
