Description: cozy apartment with new furnishings on the fourth floor with elevator. Entrance to a bright living room with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed and foldaway single bed - balcony equipped with table and chairs with sea view - bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning. Washing machine.
Pets not allowed.
Self check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.
Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.
The price includes:
- rental
- water, electricity and gas consumption
- 24-hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
