Cozy newly updated summerhouse on a large private lot. 10-minute walk to the private part of one of Denmark's best beaches. The compound consists of one main house with a master bedroom (new King 2025) and bathroom: two large decks (one covered), and two cabins with a queen bed each. (New 2025) One of the cabins also holds a bunk bed. 8 people can stay comfortably, with 2 being kids who can sleep in the bunk bed.

Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Coffee, Tea, full pantry, and spice rack).

Outdoor furniture and sunbeds.

Various games and toys: Balls, Badminton. Croquet, Beachtoys, waterguns. There is also a pull cart to transport all your gear to the beach.

The area offers many experiences and attractions: Beautiful nature, archeological sites (bronze age burial mounds), Havnebyen (cute fishing village with an amazing fishmonger selling top-notch Danish specialties), Nykøbing Sj. (Cute little town with a marina, shopping, etc), Sommerland Sjælland (Very nice amusement park and water park. Reasonably priced), Golf course (Odsherred golf. Beautiful and challenging course), and much more.

3-minute drive to grocery shopping (Rema Lumsås, SuperBrugsen Højby)
