Our home is a large 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property spread over two floors. Most rooms have study desks, chairs , closets, and TV. We have central AC, central heating, very very high speed wifi, and external cameras for your safety. The price is optimised for 6, but it can currently sleep upto 13 - with four queen sized beds, one single bed, two single mattresses, a campbed a couch in the living room, and a window seat in one of the rooms. However, the place, and pricing is optimised for 6, and we rarely accept more than 6. We charge extra per person after 6, making it uneconomical for very large groups.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, themed in a vibrant saffron burnt brick orange, and contemporary wall art from India, with queen bed, 2x study tables, multiple chairs, lounging chairs, centre table and 65 inch tv.

It has a large ensuite with his and her vanity, a large walk in closet, ironing board and iron. the closet also has an extra campbed suitable for a child or an adult.

Bedroom 2: Themed in emerald green, with wall art from Maharajas and peacocks, reminiscent of Mughal and British Raj, the room has a Queen bed, two study tables, chairs, a large dlifing door closet and a window seat for cozying up with one of the bestsellers thst you may be find in the hallway. The window seat is large enough as a bed for a child.

This room shares a full bath located just outside with two other rooms.

The room doesn't have a TV as there was no suitable blank wall.

Bedroom 3: Themed in peachy hues and Egyptian wall art, the room has a study desk, chairs, 45 inch TV, a walk in closet. It shares a bathroom, located just outside the room, with two other rooms.

Bedroom 4 is designed with the modern youngster in mind. Stark electric blue walls complement white modern wall canvas. The room has a twin bed, study desk, chair, 45 inch TV, a clothes hanger. It shares the bathroom with two other rooms.

Bedroom 5, downstairs, is themed on the color palette grey and black. I spared by the owners visit to Istanbul, the Walmart showcases dancing darwesh, traditional belly dancers and architectural marvels of Istanbul.

The room has a Queen bed, two study tables and chairs, a 45 inch TV. It also has a private bathroom outside, although not an ensuite.

Downstairs is a large and plush living room. It offers a large leather couch, and a daybed with 2 single mattresses.

Dining room and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. the number of amenities provided in the kitchen will depend on your length of stay.

We specialise in mid and long term stays and provide additional amenities to minimize your food related expenses during long stays. Please ask about provisions if booking for 4 weeks or more.

We specialise in hosting work teams on business in Central Valley, digital nomads, and guests working from home. Most of our business comes from long stays by sales professionals and out of town contractors working around Central Valley. Our offerings have been fine tuned over many months to turn Rudraksha into a comfortable home which meets the special requirement of every individual member of a team of five or six professionals. The garden is lush and mature. Outdoor furniture includes dining table for 6, 9 folding chairs, outdoor sofa seating for 7, four lounge chairs. A BBQ grill with 2 cylinders is provided.

Outdoor bonfire is a fire hazard due to lush landcaping and dozens of trees on the property. Please refrain.

IMPORTANT: Our pricing is optimized for 6 people. We can, under the right circumstances, accomodate upto 13, but we charge extra per person per night after 6. This is to cover extra cleaning, excessive use of amenities and consumables, towels, sheets, electricity, water, BBQ gas cylinders, general wear and tear on furniture, floors, rugs gardener expenses.

Unfortunately, we have had unpleasant experiences in the past with people making false representations in their request to book, holding events and parties, and destroying not just the property, but alo the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
To avoid unpleasant disputes and unfavorable reviews later, please let us know the purpose of your visit to Fresno. We do not allow any events, or any unregistered guests and visitors.

Please also enter the correct number of people in your request to book screen. If there is a discrepancy between number of registered guests and actual guests arriving at the property, we will either not allow check in, or if already checked in, we will cancel the booking with *immediate effect* without any refunds. By booking the property, you are accepting that the general property prices indicated herein are for the number of people you include in your booking details. Additional unregistered people, whether spending the night, or just visiting, will be charged extra, per person, per night as per our rules and policies.
