Villetta Costa Paradiso

The villa is located in a village, a delightful corner of Sardinian nature located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, reachable in about half an hour by car, where the vegetation meets directly with the crystal clear sea.
About 1.5 km from Villetta Costa Paradiso, towards the sea, there is the natural marina, home of Pileri Service, where you can rent inflatables for excursions along the coast.
The Costa Paradiso Diving Center that organizes diving with instructors, with the possibility of renting all the equipment and taking PADI licenses, a kiosk-lunch, and a restaurant.houses, and sales of local products.
Inside the village, the house is located in front of the sea, just 250 meters from the small beach of Sorgenti, and at the same distance from the Maya Village, small shopping center equipped with services, bars and restaurants. From the property along the beautiful paths, the typical Sardinian vegetation, you can reach the breathtaking coves, where you can swim in the crystal clear water of Sardinia.
From the port you can reach by a path of about 15 minutes on foot, along the coast, the famous beach Cala di Li Cossi.
Returning instead to the entrance of the village, always at a distance of about 1.5 km, is the center of Costa Paradiso, with restaurants bars, shops and various services.
Nearby Costa Paradiso you can easily reach by car beaches and picturesque views, with every comfort.
As for the house, immediately at the entrance we find a large living room with fireplace, TV, a comfortable sofa bed and the kitchen, equipped with every appliances needed.
Continuing you enter the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms, two double and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, two bathrooms with windows, one with bathtub and shower.
Complete the property patio and private garden, outdoor shower, barbecue area, parking and large garage, with attached laundry area.

Bed linen, towels and bath mat are included.
The security deposit is € 300 to be paid locally, it will be given back then at check out .
