This artist's residence is located on the 7th floor with a nice view to the city. It is situated just 300 meters away from Omomoia Metro station and within walking distance of the city's main historic districts. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five+ guests with a double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room.

I am Dionisis Christofilogiannis and I am a visual artist based in Athens. This apartment is the space where I live the last 25 years and used to be also my living space and atelier for many years. This is the reason it is not an oridinary "short-stay" apartment but a unique and genuine place which I love to share with my guests.

I bought this apartment when I was really young around 24 y.o. It was a love from the first sight. I adored the view of the church belfry made of white marble and the building of the National Theater, 2 distinguished landmarks in Athens. I always liked living in the city and especially in the centre. Even though the area has been through many challenges and changes over these 25 years, this apartment remains a place where I can relax and create.
