For outdoor adventure, Betteshanger Park (3 miles) sets you up for cycling and nature walks. Step through the door and leave your coats in what used to be the ticket office – now a cheerful hallway with a quirky internal window and a desk for emailing if you need to. The cosy lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while a separate WC completes this level.
