Welcome to our beautifully converted end barn - a unique upside-down home designed to make the most of the breathtaking countryside views.
Step into the bright sunroom, the perfect spot for morning coffee while overlooking the peaceful garden. From here, you’ll flow into a spacious kitchen-dining area equipped with all the modern conveniences - including a washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, slow cooker, and microwave - ideal for home-cooked meals after a day exploring. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a handy laundry room and a ground-floor bedroom with its own shower and double sink. There’s also a separate WC for convenience.
A wooden staircase leads you upstairs to a large, cosy lounge with a log burner and Smart TV - perfect for movie nights or simply curling up with a good book.
The garden is a delight in itself - dotted with young fruit trees, two tranquil ponds (children to be supervised), and an enchanting shepherd’s hut with a small double sofa bed. Whether you use it for an extra sleeping space or just to soak up the scenery, it’s a truly special feature. Our friendly horses graze in the neighbouring field — though they’re on a special diet, so feeding isn’t possible.
- Bedroom Layout -
1 x double bedroom (ground floor, with shower & double sink)
1 x double bedroom (upper floor)
1 x single bedroom (upper floor)
1 x small sofa bed in shepherd’s hut (available on request)

Guests have access to the free parking for 2 vehicles, the whole house and the shepherds hut in the garden.
We do welcome well-behaved dogs - up to 2. All we ask is that you bring your own bed, blankets and that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs on bed linen. Should we discover any areas of concern with soiled areas or the cleanliness of the property after you have left, you may incur an additional fee.
Dogs are strictly prohibited from going in to the ponds and must be kept supervised or on a lead at all times in the garden due to the horses in the next field.
Unfortunately, we do not allow stag or hen parties - please check with us before booking large parties of guests
Parking is located at the side of the brown garage (2 spaces, field side as per picture)
Please do not park anywhere else due to this area being shared with my neighbours.
We also need to be informed prior to your arrival of the type & amount of dogs you are bringing. This helps the housekeeping teams allocate enough time to clean before next guest arrivals.
Feel free to bring along fuel for the log burning fire for cooler evenings.
This property is managed by Pass the Keys Peak District. We look after a variety of wonderful homes across the area. If this place isn’t available for your requested dates, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’ll be happy to suggest alternative nearby properties that might be a perfect fit for your stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
