Welcome to GuestReady Essential in London – a bright, 44m² 1st-floor apartment located in a walkable neighbourhood with easy access to bus and overground connections.
This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room features comfortable seating, a TV, and a dining table for relaxing or enjoying meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and crockery, and a washer is available for laundry. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom includes towels and complimentary toiletries.

We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.
The apartment is on the first floor and accessible by stairs only.
No fans are provided, so summer heat may feel warm, and bedside lamps are limited.
The neighbourhood is safe and convenient, with cafes, shops, and public transport nearby.

Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find excellent local restaurants, coffee shops, a greengrocer, and a butcher. A small supermarket is just an 8-minute stroll away for your essentials.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
