This home is ideal for couples looking for a romantic stay, for families who want to explore Florence with maximum comfort and for groups of friends who want to experience the city from a privileged perspective. Also perfect for professionals and smart workers looking for a refined and inspiring environment, with large and bright spaces. The strategic position allows you to easily reach museums, restaurants and exclusive boutiques, making this house a perfect starting point to discover the true essence of Florence. Particularly suitable for stays of several days or even several weeks. This accommodation is particularly not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs as it is located on the fourth floor, without a lift, with 77 steps to climb to reach the entrance door and another 20 to reach the terrace.

The very central location of the apartment allows you to visit the entire historic center of Florence very well even on foot.
However, public transport services are many and particularly close, allowing you to move around without problems.
The nearest bus stop to the house is on via della Colonna about 3 minutes walking distance, and the bus n° is 6, 14 or 23.

The apartment is located halfway between the San Giovanni neighborhood (which houses the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery) and the Santa Croce neighborhood (with the church of the same name) and you couldn't wish to stay more in the historic center than this!
Less than a 10-minute walk away are all the most important Renaissance monuments, as well as the Sant'Ambrogio market and the Santa Maria Novella train station.
During the Renaissance, this area was the cultural center of Florence, Italy and the world!
The area overflows with humanity especially around the stalls that are spread around the Central Market, which is also very populated inside.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Florence which is a limited traffic area, ZTL, where special rules apply for accessing or parking.

You can go directly to the apartment to unload your luggage and then, within 3 hours of your first access to the ZTL, go to the garage, which reports your license plate on the "white list" (at a cost of € 1,00) for regular access without sanctions.

Classic apartment, managed by Belcanto Villas, situated on the fourth floor, without elevator (77 steps to climb) of a building in front of the famous "La Pergola" theater.
The property (140 sq.mt /1500 sq.ft) has with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. At the entrance, on the ground floor, there is the door that leads to the two bedrooms. On the left there is the quiet main bedroom with master bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. This bathroom has a small laundry area. On the right there is the second bedroom with two beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Climbing up only 10 stairs the guests will reach the first floor, which has a welcoming living room with a decorative fireplace, and with just three more steps the guests will arrive at the bright and spacious kitchen with dining room with a view of the Duomo. On the same level there is the third bedroom with a single pull out coach and bathroom with shower (the water pressure of this last shower is weaker than the others, we recommend taking a shower in the 2 bathrooms on the lower floor) that overlooks the main bedroom downstairs. From the kitchen, using a spiral staircase with 13 steps, the guests will reach the panoramic terrace with a 360 ° view of Florence, furnished with a table, gazebo, and lights to eat out in the open. The apartment is very well furnished with high quality furniture and beautiful tapestry, perfect for a welcoming stay.
