Hereford House, a four-storey abode, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, dining area, a sitting room with a TV, a first-floor sitting room with TV, and a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a second-floor double with basin and en-suite walk-in shower and basin, a second-floor bunk, a second-floor twin with basin and en-suite walk-in shower and WC, and a second-floor twin with en-suite walk-in shower and basin. These rooms are serviced by a cloakroom and second-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
