Outside, there is a private small patio, a shared garden with barbecue area, shared hot tubs, a shared external games room with Smart TV and pool table, and off-road parking for one car. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive.
