The CATALUNYA 92 complex is located in the heart of Salou’s tourist area, just 500 metres from Platja dels Capellans and Platja Llarga, two of the most emblematic beaches in the area. Surrounded by all kinds of services, shops, bars, restaurants, and a lively nightlife, it offers the perfect combination of relaxation and fun for a family holiday.
This residential complex stands out for its extensive communal area, ideal for both children and adults wishing to enjoy their holidays without leaving the premises. Facilities include: 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), shaded areas, sunbathing space with loungers, a five-a-side football pitch, basketball court, mini golf, squash court, children’s playground with swings, and ping-pong tables.

With capacity for up to 6 people, the apartment includes:
- Living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, well equipped with all the utensils needed for your stay. There is a double sofa bed.
- Spacious terrace with space for dining or relaxing outdoors.
- Main bedroom with a double bed.
- Second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children.
- Full bathroom with a bathtub.

- This property is exclusively available to families. Group bookings are not accepted.
- 1 air conditioning unit in the hallway.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open approximately from the end of June to mid-September (dates may vary).
- Sports equipment is not provided for the activities available within the complex.
- Important: façade maintenance work is being carried out until December 2025. Temporary safety coverings may be installed during this period.
- Tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
- Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including submission of guest details as required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and full payment of the booking. Otherwise, key handover cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.
