The 90 m² space is designed to provide comfort and functionality.The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. All necessary kitchen utensils are available to prepare delicious meals.The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces, ensuring comfort in any season of the year. A television with Portuguese and English channels completes the internal entertainment.The outdoor spaces are a highlight, with a garden, garden furniture, barbecue, balcony and terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation moments.
