This lovely 200m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room features cosy sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. It also opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh Atlantic breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and utensils. For added convenience, a washing machine and ironing equipment are also available.

The apartment offers three bedrooms: two with double beds each and a larger room furnished with one double bed and two single beds. All beds are made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

The bathroom has essential amenities, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival to make your stay even more enjoyable.

You will also have access to a shared pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, has lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Often called “The Green Island,” it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. From the stunning crater lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo to the geothermal wonders of Furnas, São Miguel is made for nature lovers and explorers.

The island is dotted with charming towns like Ponta Delgada, where historic streets meet beautiful cafés, markets, and a vibrant marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. With its peaceful villages, friendly locals, and breathtaking views around every corner, São Miguel is a tranquil and unforgettable escape.

Just a 100-meter promenade and you reach the Marina and its restaurant directly. Continuing a nice waterfront stroll, you will reach Vinha d'Areia Beach to promenade, swim, and relax.

Only 1km from Vila Franca centre, you are in a very central place to start your island's sightseeing!

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 25 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
