3 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortably.

Parking in the attached garage included.

A bright, comfortable room with a queen bed and a makeup vanity—perfect for guests who like a little extra space to get ready.

Designed with families in mind, this room includes a twin bunk bed and is a great spot for little ones to rest or play.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Cleaning supplies are located under sinks and in the breezeway . Please leave the bedding on the bed; you don't need to make it. Used towels should be thrown onto the bathroom floor.

Return the Garage door opener to the kitchen island. A replacement fee of $80.00 will be charged if it is not returned. If possible, please put trash and recycle in the appropriate bins in the garage.

Trash and recycling pickup is on Friday morning. You may see me or the Handyman curbing the bin that morning from the garage and returning it as nonintrusively as possible.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please observe the community quiet times from 10pm to 8am. No Guests Please do not water the plants

Kevin was very accommodating. He installed grab bars in the shower for us. We are senior women, so the additional safety of the bars in the shower was appreciated. We were also happy with the Qtips and cotton balls in the bathroom, we forgot to bring them. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, which we did.Thank you again for allowing us to get in a little early.Gail

Kevin made sure we had everything you could think of. From the fully equipped kitchen to the bathroom with extra towels in the bedrooms, to the little things(q-tips, cotton balls, hair dryer)to several games which we took advantage of. Our house was so close to everything...the restaurants, coffee shops, the zoo, shopping, downtown Milwaukee, Firefly Park, the Domes and the Public Market. Very thankful that there was a garage for parking. The home was very warm and welcoming. At the end of the day we looked forward to hanging out on the sectional watching movies. The shower was very relaxing. Will definitely be back as this was such a nice house to stay at. Thank you Kevin!and s
