• A traditional bathroom with elegant tilework, a freestanding tub and overhead shower. Finished with vintage-inspired fittings and warm lighting.
Living Area
• The reception room is bright and welcoming, featuring a velvet green sofa, smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. A round dining table comfortably seats four beside tall windows.
Kitchen
• The separate kitchen includes marble-effect splashbacks, wooden worktops, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home, from morning coffee to relaxed dinners.
Balcony
• A private balcony with bistro-style seating offers a spot to enjoy your surroundings, overlooking neighbouring gardens and rooftops.

Getting Around:
Ladbroke Grove Underground Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) is around 6 minutes’ walk from the property, with direct links to Paddington, King’s Cross and Liverpool Street. Local buses also run from Ladbroke Grove and Cambridge Gardens, connecting you to surrounding areas with ease.
