The Cottage is the perfect accommodation for getting away from it all, using as a base for the many sporting and leisure events locally, such as Wimbledon Tennis, Epsom Derby and other race meetings, Ascot Racing or simply as a hideaway or family gatherings.
The internal space includes a fully self contained annexe for privacy and space and the gardens allow for long summer evening BBQ's

My husband and I bought the Cottage in 2016 as our family home, the property was not habitable, over a period of four years we refurbished the entire property and the result is what you see now. We hope you love it as much as us. We now live on a farm in Ockley, so not far from Townshott at all, with our children, three dogs, cat and range of other farmyard animals

Bookham village has everything you need whilst you enjoy the Cottage. A range of independent shops, such as greengrocer, butcher, hair salon(s), barber, nail salon(s), supermarket and petrol garage. Polesden Lacey, a renowned National Trust property is a 20 minute walk or 7 minute drive away

As the property required a full refurbishment when we purchased it, we really thought about what was necessary for our large family. We strove to future proof the property too, for our guests.
