Oil-fired central heating is provided, along with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. A Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is off-road private driveway parking for two cars and a non-enclosed front garden with a patio, gravelled area, lawn, dog wash tap and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome.
