The property features three inviting bedrooms, each with a standard double bed, making it perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. Guests have exclusive access to private areas including a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining space, and a private bathroom fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower – ideal for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh after a day of exploring. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.



The apartment is located on the first floor, and the only access is by climbing up a flight of stairs. 



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Please note that there is no private parking. The area operates on a permit-only basis, and we are unable to provide permits. Paid on-street parking is available nearby – for example, Charles Street is just a 4-minute walk away, with rates around £3 for 2 hours.



Just a short walk from the city centre, you'll find Inverness Castle, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the impressive St Andrew’s Cathedral. Scenic walks along the River Ness and the tranquil Ness Islands offer a peaceful escape, while the Victorian Market provides a taste of local charm and shopping.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro. This is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.
