The house is situated almost at sea level, ensuring a mild and pleasant climate all year round. Just a few steps away you'll find Puerto Naos Beach, ideal for soaking up the sun, taking long walks, or simply enjoying the sunset.



Almaré features one bedroom with a double bed, making it ideal for couples, and a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, coffee maker, small fridge, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine, making it a practical option for longer stays as well.



The property offers two private terraces, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or relaxing at the end of the day. It also includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, and WiFi to make you feel right at home.



The access is comfortable and located on a ground floor, although it requires climbing a short flight of stairs. The area is very quiet and there is usually street parking available nearby. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
