Enjoy our extra large, living space with plenty of room for multiple families. Two large master bedrooms each have private full bathrooms. Our third bedroom contains two twin beds and full bath in hallway. Extra large walk-in storage closet in second bedroom contains baby crib and high chair.

One of the best aspects of Edgewater West is that it is situated close to the water and only a minute walk to the ocean waves.

A 4th floor unit; there are indoor elevators that are easily accessible and 'community' carts available for your convenience.

A large outdoor pool overlooks the Gulf. You and your family can sink your toes in the beautiful white sand and make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Just minutes away to excellent fishing, great dining and fantastic shopping!

Easter Week Getaway

This is a very nice small intimate boutique resort. The best part of this resort is that it is VERY close to the beach. The condo is very roomy, clean and was well equipped with all the essentials needed to provide for a family. For this reason, I would definitely return! Location on beach was AWESOME!!

The all enclosed balcony is great for young children, but a bit scary when the windows are open. If a child decides to pull up a chair to look out window while it is opened, they could very easily fall out with nothing blocking them (4 Floors down).

The only CON I would say about the condo is that it could use a good makeover or update and baseboards could use a fresh paint or re-caulking. These are all minor upgrades. But, the biggest thing that NEEDS to be replaced is the master bathroom toilet!! It is disgusting!! Not dirty, but the entire bowl has some type of BLACK rust or something. I was so gross, I had to use another bathroom. This could be a VERY easy fix. Just replace the fixture.

All in all, it was a very pleasurable visit and we would return. But only they replace the toilet.

Don and Judie

We really liked the condo, very nice and comfortable. Close to beach, and liked the fact that we could use the storage locker for our fishing gear. Gave it 4 stars because the refrigerator did not seal, had to push door on bottom every time you close it to make sure it was closed. Back bedroom very drafty and cold, but problem could be resolved with a storm door put on outside door. Only a problem in the winter when we are here. Our condo was only one without a storm door on that level and the north wind would blow in very badly right into back bedroom. Dishwasher works, but will probably need to be replaced soon. Our major complaint is that we would have rerented this condo for next year, but found out it was rented already when we asked about it. First time in our 30 plus years of renting that we were not given first chance at rerenting, but just rented it right out from under us basically. When we asked, they told us that they are booking two years in advance, which is a little unreasonable and was never told this. Overall, we had a lovely time and have found another condo that we can deal directly with the owner and will not go through a management company again.

we stayed at this condo this summer. The condo is a large unit and nice in many ways. Kitchen is well equipped. the only draw back was the refrigerator kept leaking water in the bottom and wetting everything, had to dry it out several times a day. The floors and furniture had sand all over them so there forth we had to sweep and vacuum at the very start of our stay. There was a load of lien in washer so we had to do them. This is not the owner it is the people they pay to clean and look after the condo. The base boards are filthy. The owners are paying for care that their condo is not getting. The glass in balcony was wonderful. And pool is very small 10 to 12 people fill it.

Pros and Cons on this Condo

Pros: We loved the location and that the Condo was an end unit. Loved the glassed in patio. We were able to watch the dolphins while staying cool. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Great pool. Easy access. Close to everything.

Cons: The couch on the balcony does not fold out to a bed as advertised and the fold out couch in living room is broken. So it does not sleep 10 as advertised. Several electrical outlets do not work. Carpets were filthy. We could not walk across the carpets without our feet turning black. Stain on carpet in living room. One of the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better. The fridge doesn't seal have to push the bottom of the door to make sure it seals. Stove and dishwasher work but are pretty dated. The Guest book has many complaints and it's the same ones we have.

Conclusions: If the Cons were taken care of this would be as it is advertised. We took blow up beds with us and glad we did. The Condo had plenty of room for the beds.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your candid response to your stay at our unit. Since then we have updated all the sofa's in the unit. The new sofa in the balcony does not fold out to a sleeper so we will adjust our total occupancy to 8. As you had mentioned, this unit is very spacious so there is plenty of room for additional air mattresses if needed. The family room floor is being replace in the spring and all electrical outlets have been corrected. A new stove has been added as well as the refrigerator was also fixed. Thank you again for your feedback as we continue to strive to make any adjustments needed to make everyone's stay a great beach experience. Owners John, Patty, Chris and Tracy Celeslie

Nice condo, right on the beach, easy access to beach & pool. Vacation and stay worked well for our family (wife & I, daughter and family). Having three bathrooms was very nice. Merers Realty was easy to work with and easy to find.

Our Stay at Edgewater West in this Condo

We had a great experience from the beginning. The photos are great but are misleading. This condo is HUGE! Everything was so nice and much more appealing and inviting in person than in the photos.

This condo is VERY close to the beach. Extremely easy walk from pool, out gate - 20 feet and you are THERE! It was fantastic. Being this close to the beach allowed for us to go to the condo quick and easily to retrieve forgotten items, such as goggles, water, sunblock, nets, etc. :)

We didn't need nearly this amount of space as we did not have all of our children here, however we could have easily absorbed 6 more people and it would have been barely noticeable. Very spacious.

Easy access to all shopping and eating. Great kitchen for cooking too.
