Localizada em Windy Village, esta unidade à beira-mar de dois quartos e dois banheiros, no segundo andar, está localizada em North Myrtle Beach. A seção Windy Hill é uma praia tranquila e familiar.

A sala de estar com uma vista espetacular do oceano tem uma TV de tela plana inteligente de 40 polegadas, DVD, videocassete com cabo e sofá-cama. Novo piso Smartcore, mesa de café, mesas finais e cadeira.

A varanda tem novas espreguiçadeiras Adirondack para não obstruir a vista maravilhosa da praia e um trilho da varanda para refeições adicionais. O segundo andar oferece uma visão muito melhor da praia.

Novos aparelhos na cozinha e bancada em granito. Piso de cerâmica na cozinha, corredor, lavanderia e banheiros. A lavanderia tem sua própria lavadora e secadora.

O quarto principal tem uma nova cama king size, TV de tela plana de 26 polegadas, DVD a cabo, piso Smartcore novo, novas cortinas, banheiro privativo e vista privativa da praia. Nova bancada de granito no banheiro principal.

O segundo quarto tem duas camas de solteiro, TV de 20 polegadas a cabo e DVD player, novas cortinas e piso Smartcore novo. Há uma cama dobrável no armário.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. Kitchen was very well stocked with a good many baking dishes and pans; washer and dryer are full-sized and do a great job (better than ours at home!), each bathroom had handsoap and a hair dryer! The view was just as the pictures show. There were several beach chairs, what looked like a cooler we didn't use, and some beach toys, etc., also didn't use.My autistic grandson was in this group staying (6 people) and seemed to love being in the bathtub with the sliding door!

Overall this was a great experience. The host was extremely communicative as the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was plenty spacious for us and packed with everything we could have needed. Would love to stay again.

This is a great condo in a great location! The owners were very attentive and check in was easy. The condo was very clean and had everything in it for us to enjoy our vacation! We have stayed in this condo before and plan to stay here again! Just a few short steps to the beach too!!!

The property was lovely. The location was so convenient for my family. The beach was amazing and close to all the amenities of Myrtle Beach. Our host was very attentive and responded very quickly. The perfect view

Ideal location and property for friends or family of 4. Condo had all the needs including beach items. The most important thing for us was the view and it was perfect. Listening to the ocean waves was peaceful, restful, and once down the stairs you are ‘on the beach’!

Quiet Beach Vacation

The condo was in a great location close to Barefoot Landing. It was a small building and very quiet, which we enjoyed. The ocean view from the unit was gorgeous. The unit was very updated and clean. It was small, cozy, and very comfortable. I loved the newer appliances and the full-size washer and dryer. We would stay there again because of the ocean view, cute decor, and the very reasonable price.

Great place for our anniversary getaway

Loved this place. Would have given it all 5 stars, but we did find a few dirty pans and dishes. None was the owners fault, but it did drop the rating slightly. Communication with the owner was great and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The location was very convenient to all North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Loved the deck furniture and all the condos furnishings. The only complaint was the masters bed mattress which made you sweat. dedeck furniture

Loved it!

Loved the condo! Decorations and floor plan were really nice! Truly felt like a beach home. We stay in the North Myrtle Beach area 3 or 4 times each summer, and the Windy Hills section was by far the most quaint. Quieter and more laid back than most of the other parts of N. Myrtle Beach. The view from the condo was perfect! Being on the "B" level was ideal for that. The owners were responsive and checked on us via text once or twice. Good communication. Couldn't have asked for anything more to make our long weekend the most relaxing we've had in quite a long time!

The Perfect Place

Great place to stay. You are on the beach!!! The beach was never crowded and everyone was very friendly. The condo was perfect. Very relaxing and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. A couple of miles away was shopping, food and entertainment.

Great Location

Property was in a perfect location for beach access and local dining. Owners kept in contact in case we needed anything. Amenities of the property suited our needs. Will consider returning in the future.

Beautiful Condo

Checked in late the first night with no problems. We were very impressed with the style of the decor. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and beautiful. Same with the kitchen. The unit was very well stocked with items needed for an extended stay. The host communicated regularly and was very helpful answering any questions and ensuring our stay was all we expected. Overall, one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Beach Birthday Getaway

This last minute Memorial Day weekend birthday getaway at the beach was amazing! The only way I’ll stay at the beach is if it’s with an ocean view. Windy Village B-5 was perfect. Mr. Kenny was an amazing host especially with his quick text responses (I may have had one too many lol) This condo was beautifully decorated with beach vibes. The upgraded bathrooms looked amazing. The kitchen also had a lot of cooking essentials which made our Walmart run a little less expensive. The view, the view, the vieewwww!!! The condo is near every and anything you would ever need while there. He has a little cheat sheet at the work area listing nearby restaurants. You can actually walk to some if you want. Lastly, I will mention just as a FYI for future guests (WHICH BTW IS NO FAULT OF MR KENNY), if you go out in the evening and come back late, you may not have a parking spot and there are no alternative places for you to go. Almost learned the hard way. I will definitely book this condo again and refer it to friends and family. THANK YOU MR KENNY!!!

My wife Barbara and I have 3 children, son Tyler--daughter Ashley (Matt) and son Andrew (Abby). We have three grandchildren, Hunter 10, Colton 7, Fisher 3, and Reagan 6 months. We live in Mount Airy N.C. ( Mayberry -- Andy Griffith's home town ) We enjoy trips to the North Myrtle Beach 2 or 3 times a year. I have 2 careers, automotive sales at a GM and Subaru dealership in Mount Airy NC and I am also a insurance agent licensed in NC, SC, and Virginia.

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

My wife and I searched for a condo in North Myrtle Beach for over a year. We looked at several condo's, some in the larger buildings but we decided that a small building like this seemed more like a home. In the large buildings I felt like I was in a big motel. I enjoy just walking in and seeing the ocean right in front of me or sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets.

Quais são os elementos especiais deste alojamento?

One of the benefits of the Windy Hill section is the low amount of traffic in the area. This section is blocked off so the only traffic is people that are staying in this area. Barefoot Landing is nearby along with other restaurants. A lot of the owner's in this building don't rent so there is less traffic and normally plenty of parking. I hope that you enjoy this condo as much as I did when I first saw it.
